




**Description:** Provide in-person and telephone assistance to pilgrims and visitors, offering various information or directing them to the appropriate departments; Enter and update the SIS system with devotee registration data, Mass intention scheduling, and generate files containing Mass intentions for the presiding celebrant; Record Mass scheduling and intentions for visitors who have difficulty writing; Read and respond to emails addressed to the Pastoral Secretariat; Receive monetary donations, coins, or jewelry; issue receipts to donors; perform daily cash opening and closing procedures; and, at the end of each shift, generate a report detailing received donations according to supporting documentation; finally, sign and complete the protocol form and securely store valuable items in a sealed pouch; Assist clergy members alongside volunteers from various ministries; Request ECAD documentation from musicians, organize related documents, and forward them to the TV team; Prepare pastoral venues for celebrations and events as scheduled; Assemble and organize Mass scheduling pouches; verify Mass scheduling protocols; and store receipt documentation in sealed pouches; Receive and log items lost by devotees and visitors; Maintain up-to-date information folders; Prepare attendance certificates for devotees visiting the Sanctuary; Manage and assist devotees’ access to the Apostles’ Chapel when scheduled in advance; Assist in welcoming pilgrimage groups and events; Assist devotees during the Rosary prayer at the Central Altar; Prepare internal correspondence labels and forms, then forward them to the responsible department; Assist with scheduling, follow-up, and preparation of marriage-related documentation; Receive and verify products requested for departmental use; Organize the internal storage area, two-way radios, and fans located at Mass scheduling counters; Organize and maintain updated sector key registers. **Notes on remuneration:** Not specified
