**Responsibilities** * Greet customers courteously, efficiently, and excellently, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience. * Work at the concession stand, selling popcorn, beverages, and other products. * Work in the lobby and movie theaters, validating tickets, guiding guests, and cleaning auditoriums. * Promote products and services to help achieve unit goals. * Assist in mediating and resolving customer conflicts and incidents. * Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready work environment. * Support the team and management with operational demands of the unit. * Follow customer service, hygiene, safety, and internal procedure standards. * Contribute to smooth operations and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Experience in customer service, cashiering, or sales. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor. * Agility, organization, and proactivity. * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team. * Commitment to quality service and environmental cleanliness. * Ability to handle diverse customers and high-pressure situations. **Work Address: Rua 9, No. 1855, Setor Marista, Goiânia \- GO \- Shopping Bougainville \- Cinemais Cinemas** **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.908,00 * Cash float allowance: R$ 190,00 (when operating the cash register) * Meal allowance: R$ 23,00 per worked day (average R$575,00 per month) * Dental plan * Transportation allowance (average R$200,00 per month\) * Birthday day off * Complimentary movie tickets * Sales bonus * Attendance bonus: 8% of base salary (no absences or tardiness) **Work Schedule:** Availability for opening shift (13:30 to 22:30\) and closing shift (15:00 to 23:30\), according to rotating schedule. **Schedule: 6x1 \- One fixed weekly day off and Sunday off in compliance with current legislation.** We seek friendly individuals who enjoy customer service and sales, and are available to work on Saturdays and holidays during shopping mall hours.
