A fashion accessories store is seeking a Product Assistant in São Paulo. 111 Studio is a company specialized in audiovisual design and production. We provide creative solutions to meet our clients’ visual communication needs. **Responsibilities:** Process and ship orders, and conduct follow-up with suppliers. Negotiate pricing, request payments, and record invoices in the system and inventory. Inspect material quality and map raw materials throughout production stages, with photographic documentation. Research new raw materials and suppliers. Prepare raw materials prior to processing, including marking, protection, and finishing using a Dremel tool. Conduct on-site visits to suppliers for material selection. Sort and dispatch items for plating, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with the technical team. Receive items and record incoming and outgoing stock in the system and spreadsheets. Verify raw materials and ensure physical organization of inventory. Assemble finished products, package them, and close production orders with cost tracking. Complete production spreadsheets and release items for logistics. Perform gluing, cleaning, and protection of items during the shipping process.
