




Marketing Assistant **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in, support, and organize promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and events; * Contact suppliers, convention centers, event organizers, and other individuals involved in developing new marketing and event initiatives; * Prepare various budgets, purchase requests, procurement activities, and invoice entries; * Assist in organizing sales activities; * Contact service providers for graphic production companies and other promotional material vendors; * Organize files, advertising materials, storage areas, banners, printed materials, promotional items, and others; * Distribute and maintain updated inventory records of promotional campaign materials; * Work within the company’s marketing and communications department, assisting in the development of advertising campaigns and visual communications; * Maintain up-to-date communication and organization of the Sales Booth and its decorative elements; * Assist in developing and monitoring media strategies, sales funnels, and lead generation; * Support marketing tracking and performance systems; * Assist in drafting announcements, scripts, press releases, audiovisual production, and other related tasks; * Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research; * Support product training sessions; * Provide operational support to the Product Analyst. ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing ### **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * Food Basket; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR); * On-site Meal; * Medical Plan; * Dental Plan; * Pharmacy Benefit.
