If you take **Pride in Belonging**, act with **Intelligence and Innovation**, and aim for **High-Level Results**, apply now for our open position for ***Marketing Assistant*** — this is your place! **Responsibilities:** * Develop and disseminate internal institutional communications, ensuring clarity and engagement; * Administer and maintain up-to-date corporate communication channels, such as bulletin boards, intranet, e\-mails, and internal networks; * Publish and distribute documents, newsletters, and invitations through the company’s internal channels; * Cover internal events and initiatives, capturing key moments for subsequent communication; * Create visual identities for events, programs, and internal initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand; * Produce and distribute internal newsletters containing news, updates, and relevant information for employees; * Develop and manage the Employee Portal, ensuring it remains accessible and up-to-date; * Record and edit simple videos and audiovisual materials for internal campaigns. **Qualifications:** * Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Design, or related fields; * Experience in internal communication, endomarketing, and creation of institutional materials; * Knowledge of graphic design and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma; * Ability to record and edit videos using tools such as CapCut or similar software; * Strong written communication skills and creativity for producing institutional texts and content; * Organizational skills to manage multiple channels and simultaneous demands. * Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across departments to gather topics and align institutional messaging.
