We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Transformation Leader:** * Support overall event **planning** and budget definition. * Attend client briefings and translate expectations into practical solutions. * Contact, negotiate with, and manage **suppliers** for various services. * Assist in **scheduling meetings**, booking venues, equipment, and other resources. * Support the **setup and teardown** of structures (stages, tents, booths, etc.). * Provide support to **catering, audiovisual, and other service providers**. * Monitor **registrations, attendance lists, and participant engagement**, ensuring an excellent experience. * Support during **event execution**, overseeing all operational stages. * Assist with **post\-event materials and reports**, including results analysis and improvement opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** Requirements: * **Availability to work at in\-person events**, including varied hours as needed. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and keen attention to detail. * Ability to work under event\-related deadlines, alignments, and material production timelines. * Ease working in teams and interacting with diverse audiences. * Completed undergraduate degree.
