Support to managers in recruitment & selection, training, and team development Description: * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Prior experience in the field, performing the duties described. Please review your workflow below: * Responsible for administrative routines at the cinema unit across HR, finance, and logistics, ensuring policies and legislation are applied and complied with. * Personnel department routines (payroll, shift scheduling, electronic timekeeping, employee files, hiring, termination, vacations, transfers, and leave of absence) and benefits administration; * Support other managers in recruitment and selection processes, training, and team development; * Onboarding of new unit employees; * Respond to inspections (labor, tax, and municipal) and receipt of notifications (fines and violations); * Supervise the cinema cleaning team, develop floor plans, and deliver materials and equipment; * Monitor invoices and expense authorizations related to cinema operations and forward them for payment; * Ensure compliance with CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and Fire Brigade regulations; * Procurement of general supplies; * Responsible for store opening; * Internal and external customer service. 2512250202491934708
