Join the Paciente360 team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, manage, and monitor projects related to the development of platforms, applications, or other digital educational solutions. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope, aligned with the EdTech’s strategic objectives. * Communicate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, education specialists, and other stakeholders) to ensure efficient project execution. * Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2\) in project management, depending on contextual needs. * Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success. * Promote effective communication among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all involved parties. * Guarantee comprehensive project documentation for organizational learning and control purposes; * Structure academic scope to align pedagogical and strategic goals; * Conduct academic review of content in multiple formats (ebooks, video lessons, courses, audiovisual scripts...). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology or education environments. * Knowledge of educational platforms, user experience (UX), and technological trends in the education sector. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and with diverse teams. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. **You stand out with these differentiators:** * Prior experience in the EdTech market or the education sector. * Ability to interpret learning metrics and implement data-driven improvements. * English or other languages to engage with international partners. **Additional Information** Our work model is **hybrid (4 days onsite and 1 day remote) for candidates residing in São Paulo and its metropolitan region.** Our headquarters is located in the Vila Olímpia neighborhood of São Paulo/SP. **Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** **At Paciente360, you will find:** * Paid vacation (30 days after every 12 months worked) * Quarterly commissions; * Birthday day off; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * GymPass (health and wellness passport); * InvestPass; * OnHappy; * Annual performance-based bonus according to current policy for your position; **Greater inclusion:** This position is also open to people with disabilities. **DIVERSITY:** Paciente360 values diversity, and the additional information provided in the diversity fields is highly important to us; therefore, please be sure to complete them.
