Complex problem solving and product evolution ### **Technology and Development Analyst** **Work Model:** On-site – São Caetano do Sul (SP) **Employment Type:** CLT \| 5x2 schedule \| 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ### **Job Mission** Work on product development, maintenance, and evolution, ensuring technical quality, solution stability, and an excellent user experience, participating in the entire software lifecycle—from planning to delivery. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure technical support flow for external and internal products, resolving complex issues and collaborating on user education; * Lead the complete development cycle of new features and projects—from technical planning and specification through full-stack implementation to final delivery; * Diagnose and fix medium- and high-complexity bugs and incidents in collaboration with the Technical Leader, ensuring solution availability and stability; * Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to team standards; * Propose and implement process, tool, and architecture improvements to optimize and consolidate solutions; * Create and maintain robust technical documentation for software and products; * Research, validate, and disseminate new technologies and best practices aligned with the technology stack and business objectives. ### **Essential Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of software development experience; * Proficiency in **Java**; * Knowledge of databases and software architecture; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Knowledge of **Spring Boot, AWS, and Linux**; * Experience with **legacy software**. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the product; * Good communication skills and analytical mindset; * Collaborative, curious, and eager-to-learn attitude; * Ability to operate as a **Full-Stack Developer + Product Analyst + Level-2 Technical Support**. ### **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** Salary expectations **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * On-site Meal Benefit * Life Insurance * Medical and Dental Insurance (co-payment) * SESI Partnership * TotalPass Minimum Education: Technical Course * SESI * TotalPass * Life Insurance * Dental Care * Medical Care * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher
