The person in this role will play a critical part in technical leadership, ensuring continuous value delivery through optimization of the value stream (Value Stream) and implementation of high-quality solutions aligned with our clients’ business objectives. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * **Technical Leadership:** Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, establishing quality standards, adhering to best practices, and ensuring implementation of efficient and scalable technical solutions * **Understanding the Value Stream:** Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and developers to understand the end-to-end value stream — from idea conception to product delivery — identifying improvement opportunities and reducing process waste. * **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, and developers to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure proposed solutions align with overall project and client objectives. * **Project and Delivery Management:** Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Additionally, coordinate implementation of CI/CD and automation practices to optimize development and delivery processes. * **Technical Planning and Design:** Lead technical planning and design for integration and API projects, ensuring application of best practices, reuse, and scalability. This includes defining system architecture, selecting technologies and tools, and identifying risks and improvement opportunities. * **Continuous Value Delivery:** Monitor and optimize the team’s workflow to ensure continuous value delivery to clients and stakeholders, coordinating CI/CD and automation practices to optimize development and delivery processes. * **Code Development and Review:** Develop and oversee integration and API development, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to recommended standards and practices. * **Mentoring and Team Development:** Promote growth and development of the development team through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and fostering a continuously learning environment. This includes conducting training sessions, delivering constructive feedback, and supporting resolution of complex problems. * **Measuring and Improving Outcomes:** Use relevant metrics and indicators to evaluate the success of delivered solutions, identify areas for improvement, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. * **Communication and Results Presentation:** Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including presenting results, sharing project updates, and discussing technical and business issues. **To Meet This Challenge, You Must Master:** * Solid knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to the project domain (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, etc.), with experience developing applications and solutions in enterprise environments * Experience in API development and design, including standards such as REST, SOAP, and gRPC. * Proficiency in system architecture and software design, including design patterns, microservices, and event-driven architecture. * Experience with system integration practices, such as ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service). * Proficiency in databases and database management systems (SQL and NoSQL), as well as data storage and retrieval technologies. * Knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) practices and associated tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, and Travis CI. * Familiarity with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and experience applying Lean principles in project management. * Proficiency in test automation and quality assurance tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and others. * Knowledge of application and API security, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. * Experience managing cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. * Ability to analyze and resolve performance and scalability issues, applying optimization and application monitoring techniques. **What We Offer Our Builders:** * Meal Allowance (VA/VR) via Caju card; * Remote Work Allowance via Caju card; * Flexible Points Program on your Caju — *a flexible amount for you to use as you wish;* * Nationwide Health Plan by Porto Seguro (Silver Plan with private room and no co-payment), with 50% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Dental Care Plan by Porto Seguro (Bronze Plan), with 100% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Childcare Assistance for children up to 72 months old; * Mental Health Support — *access to the Vida+ app*; * Physical Health Support — *access to the Gympass app*; * Life Insurance ***Curious to learn more? \#SóBora apply now?***
