Systems Analyst – Project Focus

Description

The **Systems Analyst** with a project focus will work within one of the *squads* responsible for building and evolving systems, implementing new features, integrations, automations, and business process improvements. They will be responsible for creating IT solutions that make a difference, contributing to improved student/client experience and increased organizational operational efficiency. To achieve this, they will work side-by-side with business analysts and the development team, ensuring all deliverables align with business needs. Prior knowledge and experience with CRM platforms, system integration, and understanding of marketing and customer relationship management processes are desirable.
