So come join us and get “aluminized”! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Cash management; * Bank relationship management; * Participate in the planning, strategy, execution, and oversight of debt operations; * Analyze and participate in negotiations, structuring, and execution of transactions with financial institutions, and provide support in analyzing related strategies and decision-making processes concerning the company’s cash and debt management; * Manage activities and relationships with the Shared Services Center (CSC); * Monitor financing provided by development banks; * Identify and analyze new financing instruments; * Stay updated on financial market movements and trends to support the definition of departmental strategies; * Lead projects under your responsibility, ensuring adherence to established deadlines, defining corrective actions in case of deviations, and achieving proposed objectives; * Prepare reports, financial analyses, and materials for senior management; * Perform other related duties as required by the department; * Support receivables assignment programs and buyer credit risk programs; * Execute the expense verification process with development banks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in finance, preferably in Treasury or the Financial Market; * Advanced English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
