Support projects for new solutions and systems We seek a multidisciplinary Senior Analyst to maintain and evolve our technological environment. You will serve as the focal point to ensure our tools are integrated via API, our hardware infrastructure remains operational, and our technical partners meet their commitments. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Execute and monitor system integrations, ensuring data flow via API and resolving communication failures; Administer the company's password vault and manage user permissions across multiple systems; Configure, manage, and maintain equipment (laptops, on-premises/cloud servers, networks) and IT assets; Track technology vendor tickets and deliverables, ensuring SLAs are met; Document processes, integrations, and technical standards; Identify and resolve technical incidents, ensuring service continuity; Support implementation projects for new IT solutions, systems, or tools. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP); Familiarity with automation, monitoring, or DevOps practices; Experience in mid-sized companies or environments with multiple integrated systems; Knowledge or experience with the EVO system, and prior work in services or wellness/fitness sectors, will be considered a plus; Problem-solving mindset for managing vendors and deadlines; Proficiency with password management and cybersecurity tools.
