Job Summary: Senior Systems Analyst to provide support, gather requirements, map processes, prepare technical specifications, and oversee the system development lifecycle, with a focus on WMS and GFE. Key Highlights: 1. Handling support tickets, requirement elicitation, and documentation. 2. Experience with WMS and GFE systems and Brazilian tax processes. 3. Familiarity with agile methodologies and process documentation. * Handle support tickets (incidents, requests, and improvements), ensuring compliance with established SLAs. * Elicit, analyze, and document requirements in collaboration with business areas. * Map processes, identify improvements, and propose technical solutions. * Prepare functional and technical specifications (BPMN, use cases, workflows). * Support development teams to ensure clear understanding of business rules. * Perform impact analysis, estimation, and feasibility assessment for new requests. Oversee the development lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, deployment. * Conduct functional validation of deliverables and ensure alignment with requirements. * Investigate and resolve system incidents and problems. * Manage integrations between internal and external systems (APIs, services, files). * Participate in meetings with users and project stakeholders. * Propose continuous improvements targeting system performance, stability, and usability. * Practical ability to deliver training for both IT team members and clients. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Administration, or related fields. * Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System). * Experience with GFE (Freight and Shipment Management) systems. * Knowledge of Brazilian tax processes (NF\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e, tax regulations, integrations). * Prior experience as a Senior Systems Analyst. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Proficiency in process documentation and document control. * Knowledge of REST APIs (JSON). * Database knowledge (SQL querying). * Technical proficiency with tools such as Postman or Insomnia. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
