Project management using SAP, Team Center, and MS Project **Welding Project Analyst** Taubaté/SP (5 positions) \| Sorocaba/SP (1 position) \| Santa Isabel/SP (1 position) \| São José dos Pinhais/PR (1 position) **About the Position** We are seeking a professional to develop and manage productive process projects (welding, stamping, painting, assembly, laser cutting, and profiling), from feasibility assessment through plant-level execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Evaluate budget proposals and technical-economic feasibility of processes and products; * Develop project schedules and monitor deadlines, costs, and quality; * Manage suppliers: tooling/capex RCs, kick-offs, site visits, and follow-ups; * Develop and approve processes, layouts, samples, and prototypes; * Conduct buy-off and try-out jointly with customers and suppliers; * Lead root cause analysis (MASP) and corrective/preventive actions; * Participate in PFMEAs and project risk analyses; * Use SAP, Team Center, and MS Project for project management; * Interpret 2D/3D technical drawings and perform dimensional inspection (GD&T). **Requirements** * Degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering; * Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering projects; * Knowledge of welding processes (spot, projection, arc), stamping, and assembly; * Proficiency in Catia V5 or NX and Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with MS Project; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle, with availability for travel; Compensation: R$10.000,00 \- R$13.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
