If you are passionate about excellence and want to work in a dynamic environment focused on strategic Cyber deliveries, this is your place! * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. * **Work Model:** Hybrid in São Paulo. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * **Product Vision & Alignment:** Serve as the central point for product vision, ensuring alignment between business objectives and team deliverables. * **Backlog & Roadmap Management:** Prioritize the backlog and define the roadmap for Cyber projects, collaborating with technical teams on rollout. * **Stakeholder Interface:** Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and resolve challenges. * **Agile Management & Performance:** Facilitate daily stand-ups, sync meetings, and work agendas, using Kanban to organize workflows and optimize performance. * **Monitoring & Reporting:** Track performance metrics and KPIs, clearly communicating product progress to executive-level audiences. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements):** * **Agile Methodologies:** Solid knowledge of Kanban and Scrum for workflow and security squad management. * **Risk & Data Management:** Analytical capability for risk management and data-driven decision-making. * **Executive Communication:** Experience preparing reports and presentations for various organizational levels. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years as a Senior Project Analyst in mid- or large-sized companies. * **Academic Qualification:** Completed undergraduate degree. * **Differentiators:** Recent experience in Cybersecurity, background in finance/fintech sector, or specialized education in Cybersecurity. **Soft Skills (Behavioral):** * Teamwork and clear communication. * Organization, resilience, and sense of priority. * Problem-solving focus. ### **What We Offer:** * CLT employment contract \+ comprehensive benefits package; * Medical and dental plans \+ Life insurance; * Meal and food allowances; * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila; * Exclusive discounts on Positivo products; * Elleve Performance: Support for universities and courses.
