We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our LATAM payment solutions team. The professional will be responsible for driving the evolution of our payment products and services, engaging across multiple stages of the product lifecycle—from identifying customer needs to market launch. Responsibilities: Identify and analyze customer pain points to propose improvements and innovations in payment products and services. * * Design solutions aligned with customer needs and the company’s strategy. * Write and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog. * Oversee the product lifecycle: discovery, requirement definition, development, testing, and deployment—collaborating with technology and design teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Enable internal teams on new features and products, promoting understanding and adoption of solutions. * Evaluate the financial return of implemented initiatives using performance metrics and KPIs to measure success. * Requirements:* Technical Skills: Requirements creation, Agile methodology, intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint. Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress). * * Languages: Intermediate English (Spanish is a plus). * Experience in Product Management, Project Management, or related fields; experience in the payments, acquiring, or financial sectors is a plus. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
