Your day-to-day will be highly dynamic, involving multiple challenges and multidisciplinary topics, interaction with various departments, and broad understanding of how pricing is structured at the world’s largest food company. **Your day-to-day...** Implement automated solutions to optimize pricing routines, reducing the need for manual intervention. Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives for pricing systems and tools, ensuring process updates and efficiency. Maintain and monitor implemented improvements, ensuring the pricing system remains up-to-date and functions correctly. Document all processes and improvements carried out, ensuring they can be maintained by any team member. Facilitate communication between business areas and IT, translating each stakeholder’s needs clearly and objectively. Lead high-impact internal improvement projects for the Pricing team, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. **What will contribute to your success?** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields Ability to perform complex data analysis and pursue performance; Advanced knowledge of tools such as Power BI, KNIME, Excel, R, Python, DAX, M Language, Power Apps, and Power Automate; Skill in clearly and thoroughly documenting processes and improvements; Experience in process automation and continuous improvement, preferably within business areas. Experience in Pricing; (Desirable) Experience leading internal improvement projects.
