Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100\. **Job Description** ------------------- **What will be your key deliverables?** * Responsible for administering, configuring, monitoring, and optimizing Serasa Experian’s workload automation environment; * Serve as the technical subject-matter expert, ensuring reliable execution of critical workflows and supporting development, infrastructure, and operations teams in implementing and maintaining Control\-M Jobs; * Understand the technological landscape of our internal customers and propose solution designs compatible with our tools, security policies, and compliance requirements; * Maintain our production environment operational and aligned with our roadmap; **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Administer the Control\-M environment—including installation, upgrades, patch application, and advanced troubleshooting; * Create, configure, and maintain Job flows (workflows), ensuring standardization, performance, and governance; * Monitor daily routines, resolve failures and incidents, and guarantee SLA adherence; * Develop integrations using Control M x File Transfer; * Document procedures, standards, operational policies, and best practices; * Conduct capacity, performance, and workload optimization analyses; * Participate in digital transformation projects related to process automation; * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents, problems, and changes; * Ensure security, compliance, and access management within the Control M environment; * Guarantee the proper functioning of tools under our responsibility, such as BMC Control\-M, IBM Connect:Direct, and Axway Secure Transport; * Identify opportunities for process automation; * Update our technology stack by applying security fixes, version updates, patches, and vulnerability remediations; * Implement file exchange integration standards between on\-premise and Cloud environments (e.g., AWS/Azure/etc); * Ensure applications under your responsibility comply with Experian’s security policies; * Monitor our environments to identify opportunities for improving performance and availability; * Maintain up-to-date documentation on Control\-M infrastructure and other automation tools; * Act as the technical focal point for projects and audits involving our environments and ensure adherence to recommended standards. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements:** * Advanced English proficiency for verbal communication (participation in meetings with the Global team), manual reading, opening technical tickets, and exchanging emails); * Completed undergraduate degree in a technology-related field; * Knowledge of BMC Control M (Administration and Operations); * Proficiency in scripting (Shell Script, PowerShell, Python, or similar); * Experience with Linux and Windows Server; * Experience with ITIL practices (Incident, Change, and Problem Management). **Preferred:** * Knowledge of AirFlow; * Familiarity with Control\-M Enterprise Manager, Control\-M Server, and Control M/Agent; * Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex workflows; * Knowledge of REST API integrations and use of Control M Automation API; * Basic understanding of networking, protocols, and file transfers (SFTP); * Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Control M SaaS; * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins); * Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Zabbix, DataDog); * Prior experience in critical operations (24x7\) and high-availability environments; * Experience with file transfer tools such as IBM Connect:Direct. **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset; * Clear communication and collaborative work across multiple teams; * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of priority. **Additional Information** -------------------------- At Serasa Experian, we believe diversity is essential to fostering a healthier, more innovative workplace where everyone can share experiences and express ideas.
