**Position:** Senior Health Services Analyst **Job Code:** 002784/2026\-58 **Application Period:** 05/20/2026 to 05/23/2026 **Recruitment Type:** Internal and External **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Department:** Regulation Coordination **Work Location:** South Commercial Sector – Brasília / DF **Responsibilities:** Provide service and information to beneficiaries, employees, healthcare providers, and others; submit requests for consultations, examinations, and procedures via internal systems; perform triage and administrative handling of regulation processes; manage delivery schedules and workflow using Planner; maintain updated spreadsheets and management/control systems; respond to Preliminary Intermediation Notifications (NIPs) issued by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS), Ombudsman channels, and the "Contact Us" service; collect coordination-related data; support management in assigned activities; perform other related duties as required, in accordance with internal policies and guidelines. Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, Social Work, Nursing, or related management/clinical programs. Postgraduate studies in Health Services Management, Business Management, or related fields are desirable. **Requirements:** Basic proficiency in office application suites (with emphasis on word processing and spreadsheet software). Intermediate knowledge of administrative processes. Basic to intermediate knowledge of medical healthcare services. Intermediate understanding of regulations and resolutions issued by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS). Proficiency in project and task management tools (Planner).
