We are seeking a **Senior Cost Analyst** to join our team. Your mission is to support continuous cost improvement across countries, ensure the reliability of cost data, serve as the focal point for resolving country-level cost-related problems and challenges, and develop policies, procedures, and standardized processes for all Softys countries. Responsibilities and duties: * Analyze cost variances (production, labor time, consumption, prices); * Support local teams in correcting and explaining cost variances; * Evaluate cost impacts on Transfer Pricing across countries; * Define cost-related policies and procedures, inventory practices, and other cost-relevant topics; * Review cost projects (new products, process changes, intercompany product costing); * Support implementation of SAP 4Hana.
