Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and managerial statements, supporting budget processes, and managing economic-financial performance reports. Preparation of economic-financial performance reports Responsibilities: * Prepare and analyze financial, managerial, and regulatory statements, reconciling information across corporate accounting, tax accounting, controller functions, and other Company departments. * Support the budgeting process (Budget and Forecast), analyzing variances and proposing action plans. * Conduct monthly performance monitoring, comparing actual results against budgeted figures and projections. * Prepare economic-financial performance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management dashboards (e.g., managerial income statement, EBITDA, CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, etc.). * Support expense and investment management, ensuring proper allocation and compliance with internal policies. * Participate in reconciliation between accounting and regulatory bases (e.g., ANEEL, where applicable), ensuring consistency between corporate and regulatory records. * Contribute to monthly financial closing by analyzing variances and adjustments related to provisions, revenues, costs, and expenses. * Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence and explanations regarding account balances and transactions. * Support financial planning, result projections, and feasibility analyses for projects or investments. * Ensure compliance with corporate governance, compliance, and internal control policies. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Economics; * Postgraduate degree in Controller Functions, Finance, or Business Management is desirable; * Experience in companies within the electric power sector is desirable; * Familiarity with RM TOTVS is desirable.
