




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for developing, refining, updating, and controlling physical construction schedules, managing constraints and action plans, and supporting Lean culture. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with MS Project and intermediate to advanced Excel. 2. Experience in physical progress measurement and constraint management. 3. Focus on implementing and facilitating routines of the Last Planner System (LPS). Description: * Education: Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or related fields; * MS Project for physical\-financial project monitoring; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Experience in physical progress measurement, constraint management, and action planning; * Understanding of construction sequencing for vertical residential projects. * Development, refinement, updating, and control of physical construction schedules in MS Project; * Implementation and facilitation of Last Planner System (LPS) routines, including long-, medium- (Look Ahead), and short-term planning; * Constraint management and monitoring; * Facilitation of collaborative planning meetings; * Analysis of PPC (Percent of Plans Completed) and root causes of non-compliance; * Field-based physical progress monitoring and review via production reports; * Measurement and analysis of schedule and productivity deviations; * Structuring and tracking action plans with support departments (Design, Procurement, Development, and Construction); * Standardization of routines and implementation of best practices in planning and control; Supporting Lean culture implementation on construction sites. * 2512170202551922811
