We seek a candidate with critical business acumen and technical knowledge of processes and agile methodologies, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and corporate routines. **About the Position** The Senior Business Analyst will work alongside the area coordinator, participating in backlog construction and prioritization, planning system improvements and fixes, defining scope, and monitoring projects. Additionally, they will be responsible for documenting processes, applying agile metrics and KPIs, and proposing improvements that deliver real impact on team and company outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster collaboration among teams; * Prepare clear and objective technical and functional documentation; * Apply BPMN for mapping and optimizing enterprise processes; * Support project planning (scope, schedule, and budget); * Monitor agile metrics and KPIs, contributing to team performance and efficiency; * Identify and propose continuous improvements to processes and systems. **Requirements and Knowledge** * Experience in requirements documentation and BPMN; * Proficiency in agile practices (Scrum) and backlog management; * Experience in project planning and monitoring; * Knowledge of agile metrics and KPI development; * Familiarity with databases and application environments; * Preferred: experience in the healthcare or health insurance sector and Product Owner certification.
