Collect and analyze data, develop studies, draft technical documents, prepare reports, and apply techniques defined by the organization to ensure proper functioning of the structure and support decision-making. Verify and analyze results, and plan activity execution according to established objectives and targets. Develop projects, propose strategies, participate in technical committees, and issue expert opinions. Provide support to immediate supervisor. Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in the area of expertise. **Requirements:** Knowledge of regulations and resolutions issued by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS). Knowledge of Public Prosecutor’s Office resolutions applicable to private-law foundations. Specific knowledge of routines in the area of expertise. Intermediate knowledge of administrative processes. Advanced knowledge of business writing. Knowledge of managerial report and indicator development. Intermediate knowledge of office application suites (with emphasis on word processors and spreadsheets). Desired knowledge of health insurance operators and medical healthcare services.
