Participation in SAP implementation and improvement projects ### **Job Description** We are seeking an SAP TRM/FI Analyst to provide support, maintenance, and enhancement of financial processes, with a focus on **Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)** and **Financial Accounting (FI)**. This professional will be responsible for ensuring proper system operation, supporting end users, participating in continuous improvements and projects, and ensuring compliance with the organization's accounting and financial regulations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide functional support for the **SAP TRM and FI modules**, handling incidents, problems, and service requests. * Configure and maintain **treasury processes**, such as financial operations, cash flow, financial instruments, hedging, loans, and financing. * Perform configuration and adjustments in FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) according to business needs. * Support accounting and financial closings, ensuring correct integration among modules. * Analyze and propose improvements to financial and treasury processes. * Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and upgrade projects. * Develop and maintain functional documentation, user manuals, and process flows. * Conduct functional testing (unit and integrated) and support user acceptance testing (UAT). * Support key users by clarifying questions and guiding best practices for system usage. * Collaborate with business areas, IT, and external partners. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience as an **SAP TRM and FI Analyst**. * Solid knowledge of **treasury, accounting, and finance processes**. * Experience with configuration and integration between SAP TRM and FI. * Knowledge of accounting closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. * Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and effective communication with business areas. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **SAP S/4HANA Finance**. * Knowledge of **Hedge Accounting**. * Experience in SAP implementation or migration projects. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * SAP certifications (TRM and/or FI). ### **Education** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems**, or related fields. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and process-oriented mindset. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive attitude and sense of ownership. * Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent demands.
