If you’re proactive, results-oriented, and value a collaborative environment, this role is for you! **Day-to-day responsibilities of a Project Lead:** * Ensure efficient task distribution across teams, optimizing resource allocation. * Assign tasks to internal teams, monitoring execution and adherence to deadlines. * Establish strong partnerships with clients to clearly identify project scope, requirements, and goals. * Ensure deep understanding of client expectations and translate them into tangible objectives. * Optimize resource allocation to ensure operational effectiveness and delivery efficiency. * Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring client needs are met as the project advances. * Identify, analyze, and assess project risks and opportunities. * Supervise team development, resolving unforeseen challenges in collaboration with the Business Unit Manager. * Ensure compliance with project standards and requirements by conducting quality assurance tests. * Maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed plans and reports. * Use specialized tools to monitor working hours, project plans, and expenses. * Create detailed and transparent reports to track project progress and keep all stakeholders informed, formalizing all requests and scope changes in writing. * Follow pre-established business unit routines and apply agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall) to organize daily work. * Be responsible for organizing the backlog and prioritizing demands within sprints. **What we expect from you:** * Solid experience in project management. * Minimum of 3 years managing web development and maintenance teams. * Minimum of 3 years of experience with web development projects (corporate portals, landing pages, etc.). * Familiarity with project management tools such as ActiveCollab, JIRA, Trello, etc. * Clear, coherent, and accurate communication skills. * Flexibility to adapt to changing routines and priorities. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum). * Ability to understand, detail, and manage project scope, ensuring alignment between team and client. * Ability to validate team deliverables from the client’s perspective, ensuring clarity, quality, and adherence to expectations. **What will set you apart:** * Basic technical knowledge in design, SEO, and web development (e.g., Laravel, WordPress) is desirable for decision-making. * Experience with project management tools (ActiveCollab, JIRA, Trello, etc.). **What you’ll find here:** * **Collaboration:** Work in an environment where collaboration is key.
