Job Summary: This role supports engineering project activities and requirements by preparing documentation, gathering requirements, assisting in organizing technical scopes, and standardizing internal processes. Process improvement and internal standardization Key Responsibilities: * Support monitoring of engineering project activities and requirements. * Prepare presentations, controls, and documents related to projects. * Support requirement gathering and information collection from involved stakeholders. * Assist in developing and organizing technical project scopes. * Interface with coordinators and technical departments to align project information. * Support administrative controls and schedule tracking. * Organize technical documentation and engineering department information. * Support internal process improvement and standardization within the department. * Technical or higher education degree in technical fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines. Requirements: * Prior experience in an engineering or industrial project environment. * Proficiency in Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel. * MS Project knowledge is desirable. * Power BI and AI tools knowledge is desirable. * SAP knowledge is desirable. * English proficiency for writing and preparing documents/projects is desirable. Compensation: R$9\.000,00 \- R$10\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
