Our **Project Management Office (PMO)** plays a strategic role in standardizing, governing, and monitoring the company’s projects — ensuring **on-time, on-budget, and on-scope deliveries**, while promoting **continuous improvement in management and cross-team communication**. The Project Analyst will work directly within the PMO, **supporting the Project Manager** in managing multiple simultaneous projects, with emphasis on tracking, control, and communication between business units and development teams. Main Responsibilities * Support the **planning, execution, and monitoring** of technology projects; * **Update schedules, status reports, and progress indicators** for projects; * Conduct **follow-ups with stakeholders** (clients, developers, technical leaders, and squad leads); * Monitor **risks, pending items, and deliverables**, reporting deviations to the Project Manager; * Support the **standardization of templates, checklists, and PMO processes**; * Record and maintain up-to-date information in **project management tools** (Jira, ClickUp, or similar); * Contribute to the **continuous improvement of management practices** and project documentation. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management**, or related fields; * Prior experience in **technology project management** or **PMO**; * Knowledge of **agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)** and **traditional methodologies (PMBOK)**; * Strong analytical, organizational, and clear communication skills; * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders; * Proficiency in tools such as **Excel/Sheets, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Power BI** (a plus).
