Description
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; knowledge of stone masonry and/or carpentry projects is desirable. Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Promob.
Responsible for developing and overseeing technical projects and budgets, including preparing and reviewing production drawings; involved in all stages of project development and execution, providing technical support to ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, quality standards, and compliance with customer requirements and applicable regulations. Performs calculations to determine materials and tolerances, prepares quantity takeoffs and purchase requisitions; maintains updated project schedules, identifies and monitors performance indicators (deadlines, costs, quality, documentation), and supports analysis and maintenance of procedural manuals. Operates project and process documentation control systems, issues management reports when required; assists with on-site measurements, verifying project dimensions; also performs other related and inherent duties.
