Do these characteristics resonate with you? \#JoinBrasilTerrenos! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and monitor the department’s annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts. * Monitor project schedules, scopes, and deliverables for active departmental projects. * Plan indirect construction activities jointly with regional managers. * Conduct planning meetings, budget reviews, and retrospectives. * Maintain an updated project portfolio with status and data. * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for visualization and tracking of key performance indicators. * Document lessons learned and update baselines when approved changes occur. * Provide remote or on-site support to other units upon request. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Proven experience in roles combining budget management and project monitoring. * Demonstrated experience in preparing, controlling, and analyzing departmental or project budgets. * Experience in real estate, civil construction, real estate development, or technology (SaaS) companies will be considered a plus. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields.
