We are an edtech working to build Brazil's best educational products and learning experiences. **Responsibilities and Duties** **At Educational Strategy, you will:** * Manage, organize, and prioritize the product backlogs under your responsibility; * Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams; * Refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Design, and Technology to ensure continuous delivery of value; * Participate in agile ceremonies and support the team in removing product-related impediments; * Monitor task execution, ensuring alignment among scope, timeline, and quality; * Support the definition of operational metrics and monitor product KPIs; * Validate deliverables and ensure implemented solutions meet defined objectives; * Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency regarding initiative progress; * Contribute to the continuous evolution of the company’s processes and products. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Fundamental requirements to become a Product Owner at Educational Strategy:** * Completed undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience; * Prior experience in education companies, particularly with educational back-office systems; * Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or related roles; * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar); * Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs; * Ability to transform business demands into clear, structured requirements; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams; * Organized, analytical, and execution-oriented profile; * Experience in data analysis and tracking product metrics. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Experience with academic ERPs, educational platforms, or administrative systems used by educational institutions; * Knowledge of academic, financial, or operational processes within the education sector; * Certifications or training in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban; * Basic understanding of UX, Product Design, and software development; * Experience with product and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar). **Additional Information** **What we offer to help you excel in your role:** * Competitive market-based salary; * Creative, relaxed, innovative environment with industry-leading professionals; * Remote-first policy and full home office support; * Opportunity to participate in transforming education across Brazil. **Position Details:** * 40-hour workweek; * The company headquarters is in São Paulo, but the role is fully remote — candidates from anywhere in Brazil are welcome; * Salary negotiable.
