Preparation of technical documentation and training **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION** Map organizational processes; participate in the development and monitoring of institutional projects; prepare technical documentation; control and monitor institutional processes and documentation; deliver technical training to employees. **DETAILED DESCRIPTION** 1\. Map processes by interviewing employees in person and/or virtually, analyzing and describing process steps using Bizage and SIPOC, as required; 2\. Participate in the development and monitoring of institutional projects according to the organization's guidelines, providing technical guidance and recommending best practices, using Bizage, Excel, PMG, BSC, Planner and/or Bitrix, depending on requirements; 3\. Prepare technical documentation (manuals, flowcharts, organizational charts, Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs], reports, and forms) using Bizage, Word, Excel, and PDF, inserting necessary information and distributing documents to relevant departments as required; 4\. Control and monitor processes, reviewing them and proposing continuous improvements based on the organization's execution and outcomes, as needed; 5\. Control and monitor institutional documentation using Word, Excel, and PDF, reviewing, adding and/or removing information in accordance with best practices, and publishing updated documents on the Intranet and OnCloud, as required; 6\. Deliver technical training to employees using PowerPoint and/or Bizage, presenting processes and their implications in person and/or virtually, and addressing questions as needed;
