Engebag is an engineering and civil construction company that provides innovative and sustainable infrastructure project solutions. **Responsibilities:** Map, analyze, and optimize internal processes. Identify improvement and cost-reduction opportunities. Monitor performance indicators. Standardize workflows and support improvement implementation. Previous experience as a Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
