Naue Consultoria provides specialized services in corporate and strategic consulting. With an experienced team, it aims to help companies optimize processes and achieve significant results. **Responsibilities:** Conduct current process assessments and mapping (AS IS) in collaboration with partner companies, identifying critical points, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop workflows, procedures, and standards, structuring future processes (TO BE) that are more efficient and organized. Suggest enhancements aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and optimizing time. Lead diagnostic meetings and executive presentations for clients, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery quality. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and results focus within client organizations. Manage project timelines, schedules, and scope with emphasis on excellence. Previous experience as a Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
