




Job Summary: Coordinate IT service projects and operations, planning, evaluating, and ensuring the security and functionality of systems and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate IT projects and operations. 2. Ensure network and server security and functionality. 3. Administer user access and information security. * Coordinate IT service projects and operations, identifying opportunities for applying this technology within the institution. * Plan, coordinate, and evaluate IT usage according to institutional needs, establishing priorities. * Establish IT policies and guidelines for use across the institution and other departments, enabling system operationalization. * Ensure the security and functionality of the institution's data network and servers. * Ensure hardware and software functionality in the institution's administrative departments. * Maintain equipment and materials, guiding and controlling their use, and taking necessary actions when maintenance is required. * Provide user support for systems, resolving issues in real time to maintain administrative and educational operations. * Administer user access to systems in accordance with the Institutional Security Policy. * Assume responsibility for information security, based on institutional asset and system protection norms and policies.
