Job Summary: A professional responsible for the operational management of hospital linen, overseeing processes, conducting analyses, and participating in projects—with a focus on results and quality. Participation in projects and processes Scope of Work: Hospital Linen Operational Management; * Monitor disposal activities, track weights, and complete disposal spreadsheets * Control sewing productivity * Manage linen inventory * Monitor and close physical and system-based inventories * Analyze and issue replenishment orders * Monitor and manage team attendance and vacation schedules * Monitor machine maintenance * Ensure sewing quality * Manage purchases and sewing accessories * Track cage quantities within the sewing area (linen) * Monitor order receipt * Conduct plant inventory and process monthly evasions Analysis and Indicators; * Track disposals (analyze disposed tags and verify averages) * Analyze linen documentation and shipments * Monitor submitted documents * Analyze systems (Laundry and BI) * Update parameters when necessary * Manage evasion billing and update spreadsheets * Monitor and control customer and plant exchanges Projects and Processes; * Monitor implementation processes (Clic, registrations, orders, document receipt and submission) * Migration or deletion of W * Control and monitor contract or CNPJ transfers Qualifications; Intermediate Excel proficiency and Bachelor's degree Desired Profile; We seek a communicative professional who easily collaborates in teams and builds strong day-to-day relationships.
