Our client is a well-established Credit Cooperative undergoing expansion and seeks a professional with strong experience in developing systems for the financial market, especially for cooperative credit systems. **Mission:** Lead the cooperative's IT department, ensuring the operation, security, and evolution of systems and digital solutions supporting the institution’s financial and administrative operations, guaranteeing that technology supports business objectives and members’ experience. **Key responsibilities include:** Translate corporate guidelines from Central Entities into local action plans within the Cooperative. Participate in the cooperative’s strategic planning by proposing technology solutions that add value, ensuring IT initiatives align with the cooperative’s goals (growth, service delivery, efficiency). Lead the local IT team of analysts, technicians, and interns; manage vendor contracts. Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement, leading the planning and execution of required development while adhering to systemic guidelines. Support innovation and digital transformation projects, including back-office automation, leveraging existing tools within the System and the broader market, accelerating and negotiating internal implementations. Diagnose and restructure the cooperative’s current technological solutions, expanding the use of Artificial Intelligence and adopting a fresh perspective on available management tools (BI, CRM, iCloud, BI, analytics, digital customer service). Centralize the cooperative’s data management, integrating diverse initiatives and translating them dynamically, securely, and accurately. **REQUIREMENTS:** Strong academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Solid knowledge of system development, Artificial Intelligence, data analysis, process automation, information security, IT governance, and management; Project and multidisciplinary team management capability. Strategic vision, results orientation, and alignment with cooperative values (collaboration, transparency, social responsibility). Experience leading people in Technology areas; Experience in Financial Institutions, preferably in Credit Cooperatives. Additional Information CLT employment contract; Competitive compensation package (salary, benefits, and Profit Participation Program) aligned with the financial market; Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour break; 100% on-site work in the region specified above.
