Conduct a needs assessment for each company to correctly configure the system. Perform required parameterizations, integrations, and software adjustments. Train users and stakeholders on platform functionalities. Monitor the implementation schedule, ensuring timely deliveries. Identify process improvements and support the creation of supporting materials. Record activities, customer statuses, and implementation stages in the CRM or internal tools. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Technology teams to ensure efficient, high-impact delivery.
