Senior HR Business Partner Analyst \- Passo Fundo Temporary Contract to Cover Maternity Leave Requirements: * Driver's License Category B * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience in Human Resources subsystems, specifically as an HR Business Partner * Completed Bachelor's degree; postgraduate studies or MBA preferred * Must reside in Passo Fundo Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:18 PM Responsibilities: * Lead talent attraction processes, ensuring hiring of professionals with competencies required to execute business unit strategies, aligned with the company's cultural fit, and support hiring-related decision-making; * Lead onboarding for new employees; * Actively participate in the annual performance evaluation cycle with teams, providing support and guidance; support leadership in building a talent pipeline, including development, succession planning, and retention plans; * Support leadership and teams in conducting and cascading organizational climate survey actions, and monitor implementation of action plans; * Execute local HR processes, proposing and implementing continuous improvements; * Conduct HR metrics analysis and propose improvement actions to enhance Climate, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE\&I) indicators; * Manage apprenticeship programs, including recruitment, selection, monitoring, reporting on quota compliance, and development initiatives; * Manage the local cafeteria, ensuring contract compliance, tracking improvement actions, and supporting audits; * Support and execute HR team transformation projects, contributing to process innovation and improvement.
