Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to lead initiatives at a growing health-tech startup, working directly with the founders. Key Highlights: 1. Real impact on people's lives We seek a hands-on, dynamic Project Manager to structure and lead the execution of initiatives for a rapidly expanding health-sector startup. You will serve as the right-hand person to the founders (a physician, a clinic manager, and a developer), engaging directly in the project and also interacting with clients. **Work Model:** 100% remote (with occasional in-person meetings in São Paulo), flexible hours, opportunity to build something from scratch alongside experienced founders, and real impact on people's lives. **Prerequisites:** Advanced English (two of the founders are from other countries), strong organizational skills, initiative, and solid experience in managing digital projects, as well as in process planning and structuring.
