Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to lead initiatives at a rapidly expanding health startup, working directly with the founders. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in digital project management We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic Project Manager to structure and lead the execution of initiatives for a growing health startup. You will serve as the right-hand person to the co-founders (a physician, a clinic manager, and a developer), engaging directly in projects and also interacting with clients. **Work Model:** 100% remote (with occasional in-person meetings in São Paulo), flexible working hours, opportunity to build something from scratch alongside experienced co-founders, and real impact on people's lives. **Prerequisites:** Advanced English (two of the co-founders are from other countries), strong organizational skills, initiative, solid experience in digital project management, as well as process planning and structuring.
