Job Summary: Professional responsible for cost control, financial analysis, report generation, and contract support, using RM TOTVS to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization and cost reduction projects 2. Use of RM TOTVS Construction and Projects 3. Variation analysis and proposal of corrective actions **Responsibilities:** Cost appropriation and implementation of controls to monitor actual versus budgeted costs, variation analysis, and proposal of corrective actions. Generation of monthly reports containing economic and financial information, including earned value analysis and production data. Support in contract issuance and execution of monthly measurements; Use of **RM TOTVS** Construction and Projects for report generation, including updates, parameterization, and measurements. Participation in process improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects. Tracking and processing of material requests within the system and inventory write-offs; Reconciliation of accounts among affiliated companies; **Requirements:** * Degree in **Engineering** (or currently enrolled); * Experience in **cost control**; * Experience in **infrastructure construction projects** is a plus; * Familiarity with **RM TOTVS** Construction and Projects is a plus; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency is a plus; * Strong analytical ability and effective communication skills.
