Job Summary: This role serves as the operational front line for planning and visibility of the client's integrated logistics activities across all transportation modes. Key Highlights: 1. At Kuehne\+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ This role serves as the operational front line for the client’s integrated logistics planning and visibility (imports, exports, and domestic movements, across all transportation modes used by the client). **How you create impact** * Daily client interaction, including cargo monitoring and coordination with freight agents and other operational stakeholders—even those not affiliated with KN; it is critical that these individuals remain strictly neutral, as they will also interact with other client-contracted parties outside KN; * Follow-up on purchase orders with overseas suppliers; * Execution of export shipments: spot quotations, shipment instructions, operational cost control, licensing procedures, follow-up, customs clearance monitoring, delivery management, and risk analysis; * Ensure adherence to established operational deadlines; * Guarantee agility and quality in export shipment execution; * KPIs — Mapping service levels of stakeholders and implementing corrective actions with suppliers, agents, shipping lines, terminals, and carriers; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs legislation and international trade terms; * Comply with occupational health and safety values, quality and environmental policies, and internal company regulations; * Perform other duties as required by departmental/branch needs or any subsequent redistribution of responsibilities; * Invoice submission; * LI registration; * DI verification; * GL receipt and SALOG system opening; * Shipment tracking: departure, arrival, presence, and removal; * Directing the process to third-party data entry; * BL approval; * CE Mercante verification; * Post-registration — Updating the DI number in OSGT, ICMS generation and exemption, draft invoice preparation; * Uploading documents to the client’s network; * ICMS payment request; * Monitoring NF receipt in our internal system; * Tracking documentation handover to the carrier; * Issuance of LI for used materials; * Process closure with compilation; * Submission of invoices together with the process compilation; * Preparation of project-specific billing spreadsheets per client. **What we would like you to bring** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Experience in import customs clearance; * Knowledge of Import Declaration (DI) and shipment monitoring; * Intermediate English proficiency. **What's in it for you** At Kuehne\+Nagel, a career is more than you imagine—it’s an opportunity to grow, contribute, and make an impact.
