In this role, you will lead a team of commercial executives focused on retaining all Retail and Entrepreneurial customers, ensuring appropriate product offerings and commercial terms aligned with each customer’s needs—while maintaining profitability and stabilizing the customer lifecycle and relationship, and identifying business-generation opportunities for Cielo.
