Conduct cost surveys and analyses for thermal engineering projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates considering materials, labor, equipment, and services required for project execution. Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal pricing and terms. Analyze and compare commercial proposals to ensure project economic viability. Prepare technical reports and presentations for the engineering team and clients. Previous experience as a Budget Analyst, Cost Specialist, Financial Planner, or Budget Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
