Job Summary: Professional responsible for updating and maintaining tools such as Pipedrive, BI, and Auvo, supporting users and managing data to ensure smooth sales operations and team performance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for updating and maintaining management tools. 2. Assisting and training users on sales tools and teams. 3. Managing data and sales pipelines to optimize processes. In total, we operate **8 branches** and **4 distribution centers** nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Responsible for updating Pipedrive, BI, and Auvo tools, including daily/weekly updates of the following data; * PIPEDRIVE * Assisting users with questions * Entering quotations into the sales pipeline * Entering tool quotations into unified BU pipelines * Registering customers * Creating custom fields (upon request) * Creating specific filters (upon request) * Creating specific pipelines (upon request) * Creating business tags (upon request) * Generating insights from the tool * Maintaining the reversal pipeline * Extracting data from the tool * Registering new employees * AUVO * + Training and enabling users + Enabling new users and creating teams + Managing employee portfolios + Adding/removing tasks (upon request) * Extracting data from the tool Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation Allowance or Parking; Meal Voucher; On-site Meals; Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; Life Insurance * Discounts at Higher Education Institutions; Discounts at PJNeblina physical stores; * Partnerships with SENAC and SESC; Corporate University \- Mater Group; Birthday Day Off;
