Execution of departmental goals and strategic projects **Job Description:** Structure the department’s critical and highly complex processes, supporting the immediate supervisor and other team members to minimize business impact arising from risk materialization, through compliance requirements as well as promotion of the CrediSIS System culture; Provide service to correspondents at singular cooperatives and to other departments within Centralcredi regarding routine tasks and responsibilities; Perform duties related to the position, which are highly complex, in accordance with internal and external policies and procedures; Execute departmental goals and critical, highly complex projects, in collaboration with the immediate supervisor and other team members, to achieve results established in the CrediSIS System’s strategic planning; Carry out activities under one’s responsibility in accordance with the department’s established quality standards, identifying, specifying, and suggesting improvement actions to eliminate detected deficiencies, in line with internal policies and procedures; Implement individually defined development and training plans, jointly established with the immediate supervisor, aligned with job requirements and the department’s budget plan; Perform assigned activities and review internal regulations and resolutions—critical and highly complex—that pertain to the department, thereby reducing the impact of non-conformities, in accordance with internal policies and procedures; Implement critical and highly complex projects and processes within the department, performing operational activities in coordination with the immediate supervisor and other team members, in compliance with procedures, policies, internal regulations, and regulatory bodies; Archive and label physical and digital department documents to ensure proper archiving according to current regulatory body rules; Adapt critical and highly complex processes due to non-conformities, in preparation for inspections by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and audits, in accordance with identified requirements and findings, supporting the immediate supervisor and other team members; Conduct analyses of Working Capital operations at singular cooperatives, which are highly complex, supporting the immediate supervisor and other team members; Create and modify highly complex new product processes in the CrediSIS System and in the Cooperatives’ CCB Systems, in coordination with Central, supporting the immediate supervisor and other team members; Monitor maturity dates of loan contracts between Cooperatives and Central, in accordance with the established process; Execute critical and highly complex processes related to registration of cooperatives with Central, registration of singular cooperatives and Central with partners, supplier registration, and registration and opening of partner agreement accounts with Central; Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor or stipulated in supplementary regulations. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or related fields (at least completed the first semester); Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; Desirable knowledge of projects and innovations in agribusiness; Desirable financial planning and project management skills; Basic knowledge of statistics, financial markets, and financial mathematics; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Benefits:** * Listening Channel \- Psychological support for employees; * Day Off \- One day off during the employee’s birth month; * Higher Education Incentive \- 50% reimbursement of undergraduate or postgraduate tuition fees; * Health Insurance \- 100% of monthly premium covered by CrediSIS; * Wellhub Health and Wellness Program; * Life Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance;
