Execution of strategic projects and continuous improvement **Job Description:** Structure the area's critical and highly complex processes, supporting other team members to minimize business impact arising from risk materialization through compliance requirements, as well as promoting the culture across the CrediSIS System. Provide support to correspondents in singular units and other departments of CrediSIS Central regarding routines and responsibilities related to this role—critical and highly complex—in accordance with internal and external policies and procedures. Execute critical and highly complex goals and projects applicable to the area, supporting other team members to achieve established results outlined in the CrediSIS System’s strategic plan. Carry out activities under one’s responsibility according to established quality standards for the area, identifying, specifying, and proposing improvement actions to eliminate detected deficiencies, in line with internal policies and procedures. Respond to internal inspections and audits concerning critical and highly complex matters, per the annual plan, reporting to the immediate supervisor and other team members. Execute individually established development and training plans jointly defined with the immediate supervisor, aligned with role requirements and the area’s budget plan. Review and propose improvements to internal regulations and resolutions covering the area, reducing the impact of non-conformities in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Implement critical and highly complex projects and processes within the area, performing operational activities and supporting other team members in compliance with procedures, policies, internal regulations, and regulatory bodies. Monitor whether physical and digital documents of the area are properly archived and labeled in accordance with current regulatory body rules. Adapt the area’s critical and highly complex processes due to non-conformities to meet BACEN inspection and audit requirements, guiding other team members. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or related fields. Completed postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields.
