The company enables corporate customers (banks, telecommunications, large retail, government) to optimize data flows, integrate disparate systems, and build scalable integrations between internal and external systems. Its platform supports secure and reliable interoperability and is now expanding into the Brazilian market. **Role Overview** We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Brazil to lead market development and customer acquisition for our integration platform. This role focuses on building relationships with corporate customers, developing a partner network, and driving platform adoption in the region. **Key Responsibilities** Acquire new corporate customers in Brazil (banks, telecommunications, retail, government). Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract closing with senior decision-makers. Build and strengthen a partner ecosystem (system integrators, resellers, consulting firms). Collaborate closely with product and implementation teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities. Provide structured feedback to improve product localization and market fit. Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and partner events. **What We Expect** 3+ years of experience in IT/B2B sales or business development. Proven track record of acquiring new corporate customers and closing large contracts. Experience working with corporate customers (banks, telecommunications, retail, or government). Native/fluency in Portuguese. Advanced English (primary business language). Russian is a strong plus. Basic understanding of integration platforms, APIs, and data exchange solutions. Strong executive-level presentation and negotiation skills. Experience building partnerships (integrators, resellers). **Personal Qualities** Results-oriented, proactive, hunter mindset. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
