Job Summary: The Business Analyst I will support the evolution of processes by analyzing requirements, validating specifications, and ensuring the quality of operational information, acting as a liaison across various departments. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement The **Business Analyst I** will be responsible for supporting the evolution of business processes, including analyzing requirements, gathering and validating specifications, monitoring implementations, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring the quality of information supporting operations. They will serve as a liaison among business areas, operations, technology, customers, and partners, ensuring that new requirements, improvements, and initiatives are implemented in a structured manner, aligned with business needs and the company’s strategic objectives. They will also analyze performance indicators and validate operational information to ensure correct implementation of solutions and contribute to continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, improvements, and process enhancements. * Serve as the interface between business areas, operations, technology, customers, and partners throughout the solution development and implementation lifecycle. * Monitor the implementation of new features, processes, products, and customer onboarding, ensuring adherence to defined requirements. * Conduct impact analyses, validate business rules, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) of deliverables. * Monitor operational and performance indicators to evaluate outcomes of implemented initiatives. * Validate consistency and integrity of data used in operational and managerial processes. * Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis of data, metrics, and operational workflows. * Support the development of metrics, dashboards, and management reports to aid decision-making. * Lead alignment meetings with internal teams and partners, tracking schedules, pending items, and action plans. * Prepare functional documentation, process flows, procedures, and controls related to departmental processes. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, process transformation, and activity automation. * Ensure traceability of requirements, documentation, and delivery tracking. **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and systemic vision. * Ability to understand business processes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Organization and management of multiple concurrent tasks. * Collaborative mindset with a problem-solving orientation. * Negotiation and influence capabilities across diverse functions. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. * Results-oriented. **Technical Skills:** * Intermediate/Advanced Excel * Basic SQL * Power BI (desirable) * Process modeling and analysis * Data analysis * Requirements gathering and documentation * Microsoft Office Suite **Requirements:** Mandatory * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Database Management, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in process and metrics analysis. * Experience supporting system/process implementations, improvements, or enhancements. * Knowledge of data analysis. * Familiarity with collections operations, credit recovery, or contact center operations. Desirable * Experience with agile methodologies. * Experience in system UAT. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Experience in continuous improvement projects
